For most engagements we can begin a paid assessment within 2 weeks of signing. Full delivery typically starts 4–6 weeks after the assessment is complete. If your timeline is urgent, tell us in the message and we'll advise on options.

Our assessments start at a fixed fee in the $5K–$10K range depending on scope. Full delivery engagements typically start at $50K. Smaller scoped projects are evaluated case by case — reach out and we'll be direct about fit.

Our primary focus is enterprise and growth-stage organisations. We occasionally work with well-funded startups (Series A+) where the engagement complexity and budget align. If you're pre-seed or bootstrapped, an assessment may still be valuable — just mention your stage and we'll advise honestly.

Yes — many of our engagements are collaborative. We embed with internal teams, adapt to your existing tools and processes, and transfer knowledge throughout. We can act as an extension of your team or as an independent delivery unit.
